Headless fully supported.
Shopify Plus customers — especially those running Hydrogen, Shopify Plus Organization, or custom headless storefronts — typically struggle with AI visibility platforms built for the simpler Shopify reality. Generic GEO tools assume a Liquid theme, single-store deployment, and the structural data that Shopify generates by default. None of those assumptions hold for Plus customers operating at scale. RevvUp.ai is built explicitly for the Plus operating environment: first-class Hydrogen support, Shopify Plus Organization aware (multi-store rollup), Checkout Extensibility-compatible, and natively integrated with the Agentic Storefronts admin section that launched in May 2026.
In one sentence: If you're on Shopify Plus, on Hydrogen, on Plus Organization, or all three — RevvUp.ai is built for the operating environment you actually run, not the simpler one most platforms assume.
The Shopify Plus operating reality
Plus customers typically share three characteristics that make standard AI visibility tools struggle:
1. Larger and more complex catalogs. Plus stores often have 500-50,000+ SKUs with deep variant complexity (color × size × material × scent), multi-region SKU divergence, and substantial metafield depth from operational tooling. AI visibility platforms designed for stores with 50-200 SKUs choke on this scale.
2. Multi-store / multi-region complexity. Plus stores often run as part of a Shopify Plus Organization with multiple stores (region splits, brand splits, B2B splits). The visibility question becomes "how is the brand doing across all stores" rather than "how is store A doing."
3. Custom storefronts. Plus customers disproportionately run Hydrogen, Next.js, or other headless storefronts where standard Shopify auto-generated structured data doesn't apply. Every Schema.org field, robots.txt directive, and llms.txt route has to be explicit (see Solutions · Headless / Hydrogen for the developer-side detail).
RevvUp.ai is the AI visibility platform built around these realities, not adapted to them after the fact.
What "first-class Plus support" means in practice
Shopify Plus Organization (multi-store) integration
For customers on Shopify Plus Organization — the multi-store Shopify product — RevvUp.ai handles:
- Single OAuth across the Organization with per-store data isolation
- Cross-store aggregation for portfolio-level visibility dashboards
- Per-store dashboards preserving brand-team autonomy
- Centralized billing with per-brand cost allocation reporting
- Cross-store metafield consistency so brand-level data schemas can be standardized where appropriate
- Region-aware Schema.org and llms.txt generation for international stores
See Solutions · Multi-store / Multi-brand for the portfolio operator framing.
Hydrogen storefront support (v2026.1+)
For Hydrogen storefronts on Oxygen, RevvUp.ai provides:
- TypeScript SDK that drops into Hydrogen route loaders (works with React Router v7 and earlier)
- Schema.org JSON-LD generators for Product, Offer, AggregateRating, Review, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList, Organization, and
additionalPropertyarrays /llms.txtand/llms-full.txtroute handlers for Hydrogen appsrobots.txtAI crawler configuration with all 13 major AI crawler User-Agent strings- Web Bot Auth integration for the IETF-draft cryptographic bot identification standard now required by Shopify
- Universal Commerce Protocol (UCP) feed generation for Microsoft Copilot integration
The Hydrogen integration ships in 1-3 working days for most teams. See Solutions · Headless / Hydrogen for the engineering-level detail.
Checkout Extensibility compatibility
For Plus customers using Checkout Extensibility (post-Checkout.liquid), RevvUp.ai operates entirely at layers that don't intersect with checkout: catalog, content, metafields, structured data, llms.txt. Your custom checkout, discount logic, fulfillment integrations, and Shopify Functions all continue working unchanged. The platform never modifies checkout behavior — only the discoverability layer that leads customers to checkout.
Agentic Storefronts admin integration
Shopify launched the Agentic Storefronts admin section in May 2026 — a dedicated admin home for AI shopping channels (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google AI Mode, Gemini early access), treating them as peers to Online Store, B2B, and POS. RevvUp.ai integrates natively with this admin section:
- Per-AI-channel rank visibility synced with our Measure dashboard
- Catalog layer governance — RevvUp.ai writes metafields that flow into Shopify Catalog and downstream to the Agentic admin
- Render layer governance — RevvUp.ai writes the Schema.org markup the AI crawlers actually parse on visit
- Consistency validation — alerting when the catalog layer says one thing and the rendered storefront says another (a real failure mode that hurts citation rates)
The Agentic admin makes one half of the AI commerce surface visible. RevvUp.ai operates the other half (the storefront render) and keeps both layers in sync.
Storefront API and Admin API operating posture
For headless Plus stores, the integration architecture follows a clean separation:
- Admin API — RevvUp.ai writes metafields (Schema.org bridge data, certifications, structured product attributes) via Admin API
- Storefront API — your Hydrogen or custom storefront reads those metafields and renders the Schema.org markup
- Source of truth — Shopify catalog data (specifically the metafields) is the single source of truth; no parallel data store on RevvUp.ai's side
- No write conflicts — RevvUp.ai writes; your storefront reads. Other operational apps that read metafields (Klaviyo, Yotpo, Recharge) see the same data; nothing competes for writes.
This architecture works cleanly with the highest-complexity Plus configurations including B2B catalogs, Shopify Markets multi-region setups, and Shopify Functions-extended pricing/fulfillment logic.
What changes (and doesn't) at Plus scale
A few Plus-specific operational realities:
API rate limits. Plus customers get higher Admin API rate limits (4x the standard plan limits, plus additional headroom on specific endpoints). RevvUp.ai's read patterns are designed to stay well under standard limits; Plus limits provide additional headroom for high-velocity update cycles.
Shopify Functions. Custom pricing, discount, fulfillment, and payment functions written via Shopify Functions are untouched by RevvUp.ai — we don't operate at the functions layer.
B2B catalogs. For Plus customers with B2B catalog configurations, RevvUp.ai supports per-catalog optimization with separate prompt graphs and audit profiles for B2B vs B2C surfaces. The signal weights are tuned for the different research patterns of B2B buyers (which over-index on Claude — see Models · Claude).
Shopify Markets. For multi-region Plus deployments, RevvUp.ai generates region-aware Schema.org markup, per-region llms.txt files, and per-region prompt graphs. Region-specific certifications, claim language, and regulatory compliance are handled separately per market.
Custom apps and integrations. Plus customers often have a heavy custom-app stack. RevvUp.ai operates at metafield, Schema.org, and content layers that don't overlap with operational app surfaces (ERP, OMS, WMS integrations).
Pricing posture for Plus customers
Pricing for Plus customers reflects the scale of the operating environment:
- Plus baseline pricing sits roughly 2-4× the standard Pro tier (~$699/mo Pro vs Plus-tier pricing in the $1,500-$3,000/mo range)
- Plus Organization (multi-store) pricing is consolidated rather than per-store — single account, multi-store rollup, per-brand cost allocation
- Enterprise tier for the largest Plus customers (50+ stores, $200M+ GMV) is custom-priced with dedicated partner success
- Design Partner Program is the discounted on-ramp for qualifying Plus customers — six months of Enterprise-tier white-glove access at zero cost (see Design Partner Program)
For most Plus customers, the cost-to-value ratio improves at scale because the platform is most powerful when there's a large catalog and complex multi-store environment to optimize.
