Selection at RevvUp's discretion. Participation in the RevvUp Design Partner Program ("DPP") is by invitation and acceptance only. RevvUp reserves the right to select participants based on fit, including but not limited to category alignment, revenue range, platform requirements, willingness to participate in product feedback sessions, and overall strategic fit with the program's research objectives. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Application window closes June 15; RevvUp reserves the right to close the window earlier if all 10 spots are filled.
Program terms. The 6-month free platform access period, lifetime 40% discount eligibility, and any related benefits are contingent on continued good-faith participation in feedback activities as outlined in the Design Partner Agreement provided upon acceptance. RevvUp reserves the right to modify program terms, benefits, or eligibility criteria. The lifetime 40% discount applies only to participants who actively complete the program and convert to a paid plan within 30 days of program conclusion.
Confidentiality and IP. Participants will be required to execute a mutual confidentiality agreement covering pre-release features, roadmap discussions, and audit data. All audit data, scoring methodologies, and proprietary signals shared during the program remain the intellectual property of RevvUp. Brand-specific data shared by participants remains the property of the participant brand.
No guarantee of results. Performance outcomes including traffic, visibility, conversion, and revenue impact depend on factors outside RevvUp's control, including but not limited to AI engine behavior, brand catalog quality, market dynamics, and participant implementation. RevvUp does not warrant specific performance outcomes for any participant.
