Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RevvUp website, products, and services ("Service") provided by RevvUp ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Use of the Service

• You will use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape at scale, overload, or otherwise interfere with the Service.
• You will not use the Service to monitor, track, or harass any third party in violation of applicable law.
• You are responsible for any content, brand information, prompts, or instructions you submit to the Service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@revvup.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions, fees, and early access

RevvUp is currently offered on an early-access basis. Pricing, billing terms, and any commercial commitments will be set out in a separate written agreement (or order form) between you and RevvUp. We may change pricing or introduce paid plans on reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual property

RevvUp and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all related software, designs, and trademarks. You retain all rights to the brand information, prompts, and other content you submit. You grant RevvUp a limited license to use that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

6. Third-party AI platforms

The Service queries third-party AI platforms (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, and xAI) on your behalf and surfaces their responses. RevvUp does not control these platforms and does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or appropriateness of their outputs. Your use of those outputs is at your own risk.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. RevvUp does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevvUp will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. RevvUp's total cumulative liability under these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees paid by you to RevvUp in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (US$100).

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a manner that risks harm to RevvUp, its users, or third parties. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will survive.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RevvUp is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, communicated to you by email. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
