Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 2026
RevvUp ("we", "us", "our") provides AI visibility intelligence services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and product, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using RevvUp you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly and information generated when you use the product:
- Account information — your name, email address, organization, and role, supplied via Google Sign-In or directly during onboarding.
- Brand and project data — website URLs, brand descriptions, competitor names, and any prompts or notes you add inside the product.
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, timestamps, IP address, browser, and device type. Used to operate and improve the product.
- Communications — content of emails or support requests you send us.
2. How we use your information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the RevvUp service.
- To run AI prompts on your behalf across third-party AI platforms and store the resulting analyses.
- To authenticate you and protect your account.
- To send service-related notices, billing communications, and (where you have opted in) product updates.
- To monitor and improve performance, debug issues, and detect abuse.
3. Google Sign-In and your Google account data
When you sign in with Google, RevvUp receives only the basic profile information associated with your Google account: your name, email address, Google account ID (an opaque identifier), and profile picture URL. We use this information solely to create and authenticate your RevvUp account and to display your profile inside the product.
We do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google service beyond basic sign-in. We do not use Google user data to train AI models. We do not sell or share Google user data with third parties except as a subprocessor necessary to operate the service (see section 4).
You can revoke RevvUp's access to your Google account at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions, and you can delete the data we hold by emailing us — see Account & Data Deletion for the full process.
4. Third parties and subprocessors
We rely on a small set of subprocessors to operate the service. They process information only as needed to perform their function and under contractual confidentiality and security obligations. Examples include:
- Cloud infrastructure and hosting providers.
- AI platform providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, xAI) that we query on your behalf to generate visibility data.
- Identity providers (Google) for sign-in.
- Analytics, error monitoring, and email-delivery vendors.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data retention
We keep account and product data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion at any time (see Your rights, below).
6. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we work continuously to strengthen our defenses.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email info@revvup.ai from the address associated with your account.
8. International transfers
RevvUp may process and store information in countries other than the one in which you reside. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for international data transfers.
9. Children
RevvUp is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, communicated to you by email.
