Account & Data Deletion

Last updated: April 2026

You can delete your RevvUp account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains what happens and how to request it.

How to request deletion

Email info@revvup.ai from the address associated with your account, with the subject line Account deletion request.

We confirm deletion requests within 5 business days and complete them within 30 days. If your account is part of a shared tenant (e.g. your organization's workspace), we will coordinate with the tenant owner before deleting shared project data.

What gets deleted

  • Your user profile (name, email, avatar, organization, role).
  • Your sign-in linkages (Google account identifiers).
  • Session tokens and login history.
  • Your personal usage data and analytics events associated with your user ID.
  • Content you personally created that is not part of a shared tenant workspace (e.g. personal notes, private prompt drafts).

What is retained, and why

  • Tenant-owned project data — projects, prompts, visibility scores, and recommendations created inside a tenant workspace remain with that tenant. If you are the sole owner of a tenant and want the entire workspace deleted, say so in your request and we will delete it.
  • Billing and tax records — retained for the period required by applicable law (typically 7 years), then deleted.
  • Aggregated, de-identified analytics — statistics that cannot be traced back to you may be retained for product-improvement purposes.
  • Backups — personal data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 35 days, after which it is overwritten per our retention schedule.

Revoking Google Sign-In access separately

Deleting your RevvUp account removes our access to your Google profile for future sign-ins. You can also revoke RevvUp's access to your Google account directly at any time, without emailing us:

  1. Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  2. Find "RevvUp" in the list of third-party apps with access.
  3. Click Remove Access.

Revoking Google access alone does not delete data we have already stored on our servers. To delete that data, email us as described above.
